Why start with a trial case
A small number of representative cases tells you more than any brochure: how questions are handled, whether fit and finish meet your standard, and how delivery is coordinated.
What to send
Choose cases that reflect your everyday work — for example a posterior zirconia crown, an anterior e.max crown and an implant case if relevant. Send the prescription, files, photos and shade information as you normally would.
What to evaluate
- Clarity and speed of communication during technical review
- Whether scan or margin issues are raised before production
- Marginal fit, contact strength, occlusion and shade match
- Packaging, documentation and tracking on delivery
Volume
New customers may begin with a limited number of representative trial cases before increasing regular order volume.
