Impressions, bite registrations and physical models for cases that are not scanned.

How to send traditional cases

What to include

  • Impressions or digital scan files with clear margins
  • Laboratory prescription: restoration type and material preference
  • Shade specification and reference photos where needed
  • Bite records or confirmed occlusal instructions
  • Implant system and connection details, when applicable
  • Your standing design instructions, if you have them

What happens next

  1. We confirm the case details and ask any clarifying questions.
  2. Design is reviewed against your prescription before production.
  3. Quality checkpoints are completed and the case is dispatched.
  4. Feedback and remake requests are handled against the original prescription.

Do not upload patient files with identifying information through this form. Use case reference numbers. Live patient-file upload is only enabled after the privacy and security design is approved.
