How reported issues are reviewed and what information is needed to resolve them.
Reporting an issue
Report the issue with the original prescription, a description of the problem, supporting photos and the original scan or model where available.
What is reviewed
The prescription, submitted files, production information and finished restoration are reviewed together to determine an appropriate repair or remake solution.
Information that helps
Specific observations — marginal gap, contact strength, shade mismatch, occlusal height or fracture — resolve far faster than general statements. Note any clinical adjustment already made.
Privacy
Use an anonymous case reference. Do not send patient names or personal data.
What to expect
The outcome depends on what the review finds. Cases are not automatically remade without review, and cases where the original prescription was unclear are handled by clarifying requirements first.
